KEY OBJECTIVES

Currently, our Founder, Daw Nang Tharaphu Tint serves as the driving force behind the Pindaya Tea Cluster and also holds a pivotal role as an executive committee member for Women Entrepreneurship in Southern Shan State. Notably, she founded the Pindaya Tea Culture Horizon Development Network (PTCHDN), a Civil Society Organisation (CSO), where she leads as Project Manager.

Our ultimate aim is to be the top choice for tea enthusiasts worldwide, offering unique traditional tea products with a focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing. Through collaboration and training, we intend to drive regional growth while making a positive impact on the industry and communities we serve.

Goals with

a Positive Impact

We are working diligently towards gaining recognition through international certifications (obtaining FDA and HACCP certificates) and accessing next generation manufacturing equipment to make technological advances. While doing this we keep our eye on creating job opportunities for locals, and how best to bring our quality tea and agricultural products to global markets.

Since the early days, Green Pindaya has broadened its market horizons to encompass international destinations. We export both organic and non-organic Myanmar teas to countries such as the Czech Republic, Germany, Thailand, and Singapore. Our objective extends beyond serving the domestic market; we strive to cater to global tea enthusiasts who prioritise premium quality and sustainability.

We are proud to assist farming communities in their efforts to meet the demands of the international market for certified organic Myanmar tea.
